As an Automotive Parts Counter Associate, your primary responsibilities include managing our auto parts inventory efficiently and providing superior customer support to both our retail and commercial clients. Your role is crucial not only in handling parts and service but also in maintaining Calhoun's Automotive Repair's reputation as a reliable and trustworthy auto parts store. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a foundational knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service with honesty and professionalism.

Automotive Parts Counter Associate Responsibilities:

• Interact daily with technicians and retail customers
• Provide in-stock parts information to technicians
• Research and find parts as necessary
• Answer phone and email inquiries
• Provide parts cost estimates for commercial and retail requests
• Maintain parts inventory and store appearance

Applicant Requirements:

• Recipients of a high school diploma or GED
• Customer service oriented
• Writing reports and recording technician information
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• In possession of a valid driver's license
• Committed to keeping up-to-date on automotive parts knowledge
• Dependable, honest and organized
• Available to work weekends and some holidays
